Welcome to IRWA Chapter 19
There is no place quite like the Inland Empire, our “near nature, near perfect “ mantra is clear when you are experiencing the amazing myriad of small towns, unique cities, and abundant open land and scenery.
At the heart of the Inland Northwest, a thriving mountain side metropolis and the second largest city Washington, Spokane boasts a population of nearly 500,000, with a hearty economy and ever expanding population.
Nearby, Coeur d'Alene remains a center of business and recreational activity in the Inland Northwest. Its strong presence in state government and its increased economic development, over the past several years, is remarkable. Coeur d'Alene continues to grow and prosper.
Our diverse mix of large cities and small towns, including the large expansions between them provide our region with constant barrage of right of way questions and concerns.
The IRWA provides excellent networking opportunities that put us in contact with others from around the nations whose work and experience can help create optimal solutions to even the most difficult of situations. Chapter 19 strives to keep its members knowledgeable and informed, as to handle all important issues that affect our region's right of way concerns.
